Advanced Maintenance & Third-Party Support:

If your website requires advanced maintenance beyond what is included in your basic package—such as extensive updates, feature integration, or specialized development—Mer Tech Solutions can help put together a solution. This may involve working with a third-party developer, and we’ll provide communication support to ensure seamless coordination. Additional charges will apply for labor that exceeds the package limits, which will be billed hourly or as per a custom agreement.

Therefore, the exact scope of maintenance and support will be clearly defined in your contract, ensuring your website receives the appropriate level of care. Basic SEO Support:

At Mer Tech Solutions, we offer basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) as part of our website packages. This includes essential optimization efforts designed to improve your website’s visibility on search engines over time. Each client’s SEO needs will vary, and the scope of work will be customized based on your specific project. Basic SEO services may include tasks such as optimizing content, improving site structure, and setting up tracking tools, but will be tailored to fit the agreed-upon scope for each client.

It’s important to understand that while these foundational SEO efforts lay the groundwork for better search engine performance, first-page rankings or specific outcomes are not guaranteed. The success of SEO depends on factors like market competition, search engine algorithm changes, and the ongoing nature of optimization. Additionally, results from basic SEO can take up to 6 months to become evident.

Advanced SEO & Third-Party Support:

If your business requires more advanced SEO services, such as comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, or ongoing content strategies, we can assist by coordinating with third-party SEO experts. We will ensure smooth communication and project management between all parties. Fees for advanced SEO services will be outlined in your project agreement.

Tailored SEO for Every Client:

Each website project is unique, and the SEO services provided will be defined based on your business goals and needs. Whether you require basic optimization or advanced strategies, we will work closely with you to ensure the right solution is implemented.

We select third-party services that share our commitment to quality and our work may involve services or products (like blocks, plugins, or tools). We are not responsible for the downtime or discontinuation of these services.

Hosting and domain registration are renewable services. We help keep track of your hosting and domain renewals with friendly reminders; however, failure to renew can lead to website downtime. 

1. Prices are subject to change. If your needs evolve, we’re here to discuss and adjust accordingly, ensuring you always know what you’re investing in. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately.

2. Deposits: A 50% deposit of the total project quote is required before the commencement of your project.

3. Final Payments: The final installment of the entire project fee must be settled before access is granted. This includes the launch of the website, as well as the release of any associated accounts, social media content, and graphics.

In case of project cancellation by the client, any work already completed must be compensated. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as credit for future services within a specified period.
